Aerial
Silks

Aerial silks consist of two long pieces of fabric suspended from a single point. Students learn to climb, wrap, twist, and create stunning shapes and sequences while supported by the fabric.

Benefits of Aerial Silks

  • Develops upper-body and core strength

  • Improves flexibility and mobility
  • Enhances coordination and body awareness
  • Encourages creativity and self-expression
  • Builds confidence through progressive skill development

From elegant poses to dynamic drops and flowing sequences, aerial silks offer endless opportunities for artistic movement and personal growth.

Aerial Hoop
(Lyra)

Aerial hoop, also known as Lyra, is a circular steel apparatus suspended in the air. Students learn poses, balances, transitions, and spinning sequences both inside and around the hoop.

Benefits of Aerial Sling

  • Builds strength and endurance
  • Improves balance and flexibility
  • Develops graceful movement and flow
  • Provides clear progressions for beginners and advanced students
  • Creates beautiful shapes and performance opportunities

The hoop offers a versatile apparatus that combines athletic challenge with artistic expression, making it one of the most popular aerial disciplines worldwide.

Static
Trapeze

Static trapeze consists of a horizontal bar suspended by two ropes. Unlike flying trapeze, the apparatus remains fixed in place, allowing students to focus on strength, technique, and artistry.

Benefits of Static Trapeze

  • Develops full-body strength
  • Enhances coordination and spatial awareness
  • Improves grip strength and endurance
  • Encourages creative movement exploration
  • Suitable for both beginners and experienced aerialists

Students learn seated, standing, hanging, and balancing skills while developing confidence and control in the air.

Aerial Sling
(Hammock)

Aerial sling, sometimes called aerial hammock, uses a loop of fabric suspended from a single point. The fabric creates a supportive cradle, making it an excellent introduction to aerial arts while still offering plenty of challenges for advanced practitioners.

Benefits of Static Trapeze

  • Accessible and beginner-friendly
  • Builds strength and flexibility
  • Supports inversions and dynamic movement
  • Improves posture and body awareness
  • Provides a fun, flowing aerial experience

The sling allows students to explore wraps, balances, spins, and creative sequences with added support from the fabric.
